Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • Wholegrain flour 2 Cup


  • Grounded cumin 1 tsp


  • Sesame seeds 2 tsp (Optional)


  • Sea salt a pinch


  • Carrot, finely grated 1 large


  • Capsicum 1/2 grated


  • Onion 1 grated


  • Olive oil 5 Tbsp


  • Kasoori Methi 1 tsp


  • Herbs


  • Water 1/2Cup or more depending on quality of flour

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flours, cumin, sesame and salt).
  • Add Carrot,Capsicum, Onion and olive oil to the dry ones and mix until you form dough.
  • Roll the dough in a disk and cut your cookies .
  • Place them on a cookie tray lined with baking paper.
  • Preheat the microwave at convection mode at 180 deg C.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Crispy Carrot Capsicum Cookies are ready to serve.
