Serves 6

  • 2 cups All purpose flour

  • 1 cup Warm Water

  • 1 tbsp active dry Yeast

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tbsp Oil

  • Dried seasoning- Basil, olives and Sesame seeds 1 tbsp each

  • Stuffing: Cheese 1 cup

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Red chilly 1/4 tsp or to taste

  • Chaat masala 1/4 tsp

  • peas frozen 1/4 cup

    Mix sugar in warm water and then add yeast and wait for its proving.

    In a bowl add Flour, oil, salt, seasoning and proved yeast. Then knead together until dough get smooth .

    Wrap with cling film and allow proving by keeping in a warm place till double.

    Divide the dough into medium size balls of equal portions.Roll the ball and make cuts on 4 side about 1 inch inside and place stuffing inside.

    Start wrapping . Take one side and wrap it around the stuffing. and same wrap all four side by giving flower shape.

    Place it in Baking Tray and allow to sit for second proving.

    In the mean time preheat the Microwave at convection mode at 180°C .

    Brush the buns with some milk or butter and Dress with olives, basil and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown . ( you can use fresh coriander, chili flakes or mixed herbs too).

    Remove from oven and serve hot.

    Stuffing: In a mixing bowl take grated cheese and peas . Add all the spices and mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
