Maida/ All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 tsp Pinch of salt Coffee syrup for soaking - 1 tbsp Almonds , sprinklers n cherry to decorate. For Chocolate Ganache : Dark Chocolate - 200 gm Fresh Cream - 50 gm Butter - 1 tsp Nuetral Gel - 1 tsp
Preheat Oven at 180° for 10 mins.
In a glass bowl take chocolate n butter. Melt in double boiler it for a min. Mix fresh cream. Add nuetral gel. Mix properly. Chocolate Ganache is ready to use. Method : In a bowl sift all the dry ingredients thrice. ( Maida ,cocoa powder, salt, baking powder n baking soda) In another bowl take yogurt n sugar. Whisk well. Add oil and beat it properly. Add chocolate essence. Mix it. Now gradually add dry ingredients by cut n fold method. Keep adding milk n make smooth batter. Grease cake tin n dust some flour. Shift batter in mould. Tap it twice. Bake it for 30 to 35 mins. When cool cut it into half. Divide in two parts. Soak it with coffee syrup. Apply chocolate ganache. Cover it. Again pour ganache over top n spread it smoothly. Cover the sides of cake with ganache.🍩 Decorate it with Almomds , sprinklers n cherries.🍒 Enjoy with Tea / Coffee .
