120grm purpose flour
20gms saturated butter
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1cup milk
For yeast solution..1tsp dri yeast
1tsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
For stuffing...1cup slices of onion
1cup capsicum slices
1cup tomato slices
60grms grated cheese mozzarella
1tsp oregano
1tsp chilli flakes
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp tomato sauce
Directions
For yeast solution..take a bowl put yeast pour luke water add sugar mix well for ferment leave half an hour
Then take a bowl put purpose flour,baking soda,salt,baking powder,yeast solution mix well as per required to make dough add milk make dough should kneaded nice transfer butter greased bowl on dough cover with cloth leave 3hours it will increase size
After that remove cloth seperate dough
Take handfull of dough to make boat shape pizza
Give a shape to it
Apply pizza sause,tomato sause on base arrange capsicum,onion slices sprinkle salt,chilli flakes,oregano,garlic powder,pepper
Then add grated cheese to cever up full boat place on baking mould boat pizza's give a a butter wash on sides bake 220degree@ 20mins
Then once boat pizza's are well melted cheese nicely baked means ready to serve
