1 cup basmathi rice,1 onion , 1 tomato ,2green chilli , half cup curd,2 cup coconut milk ,1 T spoon ginger garlic paste, (all whole spices ,1 spoon cumin and fennel seeds grind this is our masala powder), chilli powder, mint and coriander leaves, salt for taste

Directions
Take a pan add some oil, add 1 spoon of chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder mix well and place boiled sliced egg and cook for 3 minutes. Take a big pan, add 1 spoon oil and ghee, add whole garam masala, add onion and saute well, den add tomatos to mashy then add briyani masala powder grinded, and add ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes, den add 1 spoon chilli powder, curd, coriander leaves, and mint leaves mix well, add rice and mix for 2 minutes den add 2cups of coconut milk or water and cook for 15 minutes, den add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes close the pan for 15 minutes and it gets cooked well in vapour and ready to serve
