Chicken Manchurian With Chicken Fried Rice (It's a recipe made using gas fire as well as microwave)

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Main Ingredients :- Chicken 500gm boneless (cut into small even,pieces)


  • Rice Boiled 1 full bowl


  • Oil for frying plus 5-6 tablespoon to be used exactly used in microwave


  • Ingredients required for balls:- carrot 1 grated


  • capsicum 2 grated


  • Few cabbage leaves 6-7 leaves


  • Few spring onion 2


  • salt 1 teaspoon


  • kali mirch 1/2teaspoon


  • cornflour 1tablespoon


  • maida 3-4tablespoon


  • 1/2 shredded chicken (means 250gm will use here)


  • Ingredients required for making sauce/gravy of Manchurian:- Refined oil 3 tablespoons


  • Kutta lasun (garlic) 15-20 Turia (cloves of garlic)


  • Dry kashmiri red chillies 2-3


  • Hot & sweet sauce 2tablespoon


  • Soya sauce 1tablespoon


  • Black pepper powder 1/2teaspoon


  • Ajinomotto 1/4teaspoon


  • Ingredients required for making Chicken Fried Rice:- capsicum 2-3 chopped finely


  • carrot 1 chopped finely


  • spring onion finely chopped (green of spring onion will use at later stage) 3-4 tablespoons chopped

Directions

  • Place chicken pieces in a medium casserole, cover & cook at medium 60% power for 6-8min or until pieces are tender, stir it. Check for doneness. If under cook, cook for 4-5min more
  • Shred 1/2 chicken with hands and 1/2 will use as a full boneless piece in fried rice, keep aside (will use in both while making balls and in fried rice)
  • Fry the shredded and full boneless pieces both in little oil along with salt, kashmiri red chillie powder and chicken masala, keep aside
  • Note - Fry both seperately
  • Method for making balls:- Mix all these ingredients together in a utensil
  • Make small balls
  • Fry in oil, take out and keep aside, alternatively if u want to make in microwave to avoid oil just greece the microwave bowl/plate, place the prepared balls in it and set 3minutes at high temperature, do not cover it with lid
  • Method for making sauce/gravy:- Mix everything well , take a microwave safe bowl put this mixture in it, and microwave for 2min at high, after 2minutes take out the bowl add 1teaspoon vinegar, salt to taste, 1/4teapoon sugar & 2 cups of water into it, mix well
  • Again keep in microwave for about 6min at high, do not cover it.
  • Now again take out the bowl add ( 2tablespoon of cornflour mixed with 1 cup of water into it and again keep in microwave for about 2-3minutes, do not cover it
  • Finally again take out, add manchurian balls into it which we prepared first in the beginning, place the balls in this gravy/sauce & again keep further for 2minutes, do not cover it
  • When it beeps take out and keep aside
  • Method :- Take a microwave safe bowl add oil plus vegetables into it, keep for 2-3minutes at high in microwave
  • Now take out the bowl add little salt, biryani masala, teaspoon black pepper powder, ajinomotto along with 1teaspoon vinegar plus 2teaspoon soya sauce and 2teaspoon of tomato sauce, mix well
  • Now add very finely chopped green's of spring onion
  • Add boiled rice to it along with the boneless (full) chicken pieces, mix and toss well
  • Put little water on top of it, cover the bowl and keep in microwave for about 2minutes at high
  • Garnish with spring onion green's and sprinkle some garam masala on top
  • Chicken Manchurian with Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve
  • Serve hot
