Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 burger buns

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 boiled potato

  • 50 gm paneer

  • 1/4 cup boiled peas

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cheese slice

  • 1/3 cup processed cheese,grated

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add chopped onions and saute till translucent

  • 03

    Add in cut boiled potatoes and paneer

  • 04

    Add in boiled peas and mix well

  • 05

    Add salt and all dry spices and mix well

    Cover and cook on low flame for 1-2 mins then switch off the gas

  • 07

    Take the burger buns and scoop out the centre part in a well shaped cavity

  • 08

    Line the bottom of each well with small pieces of cheese slice

  • 09

    Fill the potato masala in the wells and top up with grated cheese.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 5 mins or until the cheese melts

    Top the buns with mixed herbs and serve hot
