Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1/2 cup hung curd

  • 1/2 cup 3 tbsp mango puree

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream

Directions

    Mix half cup each of hung curd,mango puree , condensed milk and fresh cream in a bowl.

    Whisk it well to get a homogenous consistency

  • 03

    Pour the mix in glasses and place them in a water bath

  • 04

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 mins till the top is firm

  • 05

    Cool it at room temperature and the pour one tablespoon of mango puree on top of each.

  • 06

    Refrigerate and serve cold
