Bajra Flour 1 Cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup
Amul Butter 1/4 of 100gm chakki (Use 25gm plus 2tsp)
Everyday Milk Powder 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon
Milk as required to knead a dough 1/4 cup
Directions
Sieve Bajra Flour
Add Brown Sugar, Milk Powder, Vanilla Essence and Amul Butter to it
Use milk, and knead well
Make a soft dough
Make a thick roti, using cooking cutter, cut it into desired shapes or a particular shape as u want
Preheat the convention mode at 170 degree for 10min, when it beeps open the door and place the baking tray inside, set temp for 10-12minutes at same 170 degree
Serve it with Tea/Coffee
