Ingredients
Serves 8
1 banana
1 apple,peeled cored and boiled
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 cup walnuts
Directions
Mash the banana well with spoon or fork
Mash the apple and add it to banana
Add sugar and mix well
Stir in melted butter and vanilla essence
Sieve the flour,salt and cocoa powder and add in the above mix
Pour the batter in a greased and lined pan and spread chopped walnuts on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 18-20 minutes or until done.
Demould when cool and cut into pieces and serve.
