  • 1cup-Besan


  • 2tsp- Red chilli powder


  • 1tsp-Tumeric powder


  • 1tsp-Jaggery


  • 1tsp-Cumin Corinder powder


  • 2tsp- Salt


  • 1tbsp- Oil as required


  • 5 Aluo leaves


  • 5leaves Aluo


  • 2tsp Tarminder paste

Directions

  • First step wash leaves dry it & pre heat the oven.
  • Take a container add besan, red chilli powder,cumin Corinder powder,salt,jaggery,tarminder paste,turmeric powder mix it will & add water Little by little its consistent should not be more watery /think. Besan paste apply on leaves & bake 5 min for 200 degree. After that make it shallu fry. Serve it with ketchup
