Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Butter 3tbsp

  • Mushrooms 4-5

  • Spinach 1/2 bunch

  • Garlic 3 cloves

  • Onion 1 small size

  • Parboiled rice 1cup

  • Water 3 cups

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon approximately

  • Parmesan cheese grated 1/2 cup

  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

  • pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • white wine 1 cup

Directions

    wash and soak rice for 2 hours.

    peel ,wash and chop onion along with garlic.

  • 03

    slice the mushrooms and clean spinach under water , roughly chop it.

    mix 2 tablespoon butter,onion,garlic and mushrooms in a deep microwave casserole,cook, uncovered on microwave power level high 100 for 3 minutes.

    add rice,wine, half quantity of water & salt,cook on microwave high for 10min at 100 power level.

    stir in the remaining water and cook for another 10 minutes on microwave power level high 100.

    stir in the cheese,pepper, spinach, cream and mix well.

    cook uncovered,on microwave high 100 for 2 minutes.

    mix in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and finish.

  • 10

    serve hot.
