Ingredients

  • Butter 3tbsp


  • Mushrooms 4-5


  • Spinach 1/2 bunch


  • Garlic 3 cloves


  • Onion 1 small size


  • Parboiled rice 1cup


  • Water 3 cups


  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon approximately


  • Parmesan cheese grated 1/2 cup


  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup


  • pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon


  • white wine 1 cup

Directions

  • wash and soak rice for 2 hours.
  • peel ,wash and chop onion along with garlic.
  • slice the mushrooms and clean spinach under water , roughly chop it.
  • mix 2 tablespoon butter,onion,garlic and mushrooms in a deep microwave casserole,cook, uncovered on microwave power level high 100 for 3 minutes.
  • add rice,wine, half quantity of water & salt,cook on microwave high for 10min at 100 power level.
  • stir in the remaining water and cook for another 10 minutes on microwave power level high 100.
  • stir in the cheese,pepper, spinach, cream and mix well.
  • cook uncovered,on microwave high 100 for 2 minutes.
  • mix in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and finish.
  • serve hot.
