Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup overnight soaked boiled mixed lentils

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 2 slit chilles

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp cream

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 1 tsp coriender powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

    In a kadai mix all the ingredients with 1 tsp oil except the dal, butter and cream. and prepare a masala

  • 02

    Then in a baking dish add the dal masala and 1/2 cup of water

  • 03

    Bake it 15 mins at 180 degrees

  • 04

    Serve hot with butter and cream on the top.

  • 05

    Taste best with phulkas or romali roti
