Ingredients

  • 2 cup chopped bhindi


  • 1/3 cup  chickpea flour


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • Salt to taste or 1 tsp


  • 1 cup  breadcrumbs


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 1 tsp onion powder


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Chopped okra. In in a bowl mix the batter ingredients. It should be the consistency of thick 
  • In another bowl, mix all the breading ingredients well. 
  • Add chopped okra batter in a breading bowl. 
  • Transfer to baking sheet
  • Spray oil on the breaded okra. 
  • Bake to prepare oven on 180 degree for 20 minutes or until goldem . Serve warm with chutneys, ketchup or sauces
