Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 bread slices

  • 1/2 cup sprouts

  • 1 boiled potato

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/2 cup cucumber

  • 1 tsp rock salt

  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 4 tbsp curd

  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 4 tbsp green chutney

  • 4 tbsp imli chutney

  • 4 tbsp sev/namkeen

  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions

    Cut the bread slices into circle

  • 02

    Roll them out a little to make them thin.

  • 03

    Put them into glass bowls to make katori shape.

  • 04

    Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10-15 mins till they are brown.

    Boil the sprouts and let them cool.

  • 06

    Chop onion, tomato,potato and cucumber.

  • 07

    Put them together in a bowl and add all dry spices and lemon juice

  • 08

    Put this mix in baked bread katori

  • 09

    Add sugar to the curd and put it on the Chaat.

    Add green chutney and imli chutney..

  • 11

    Add sev on top and garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
