Sieve all the dry ingredients together and keep aside.
In another bowl mix well butter and sugar.Add the dry ingredients to this.
Then add salt and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Preheat microwave at convection mode at 180 °C.
Pour the batter in muffin moulds.
Roll some tuti fruity in dry flour and keep on the poured batter.
Rolling in the dry flour will not allow the tutti fruity to sink in the batter.
Bake the muffins for 20 min.
Cool them on rack and enjoy.
