  • Fresh Corn Cobs 2

  • Chaat Masala 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice of 1 Lemon

  • Tamarind sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

    Remove the 2-3 outer layers of husk.

  • 02

    Pop in the microwave for 3 minutes each.

  • 03

    Cool it for 2-3 minutes and remove the rest of the husk layers.

  • 04

    Apply chaat masala with lime and garnish with tangy tamarind sauce and coriander.
