⅔ cup All-purpose flour
½ cup Yellow cornmeal
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ cup Milk
In a mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add oil, egg, and milk. Stir until lumps are gone.
Prepare a greased muffin pan and Pour batter into a greased muffin pan.
Preheat Microwave at 180 deg. and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Take it out . cook on a rack and serve.
