Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup All-purpose flour


  • ½ cup Yellow cornmeal


  • 4 tablespoons Sugar


  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder


  • ¼ teaspoon Salt


  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil


  • 1 Egg


  • ¼ cup Milk

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add oil, egg, and milk. Stir until lumps are gone.
  • Prepare a greased muffin pan and Pour batter into a greased muffin pan.
  • Preheat Microwave at 180 deg. and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Take it out . cook on a rack and serve.
