Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Eggs 6 Boiled


  • Onion paste 1 cup


  • Tomato puree 2 cups


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp


  • Water 1 cup


  • Oil/Butter 1 tbsp


  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp


  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp


  • Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp or to taste


  • Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste


  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp


  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp


  • Water to Boil Eggs 2 cups

Directions

  • Take eggs in a microwave safe bowl and add water to it till it cover the eggs. Add 1/2 tsp salt to it ( Necessary ) to prevent eggs from exploding. Microwave it for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes take it out and cool it and peel it and keep aside.
  • In another deep microwave safe bowl add Onion paste, tomato puree, Ginger garlic paste, all the spices, little bit of water and 1 tbsp oil.
  • Mix it well and microwave it for 20 minutes. But in halfway take it out check the consistency and adjust the seasoning if required.
  • Add boiled eggs to it and fenugreek leaves to it.
  • Yummy Delicious almost zero oil Egg Curry is ready in microwave.
