Take eggs in a microwave safe bowl and add water to it till it cover the eggs. Add 1/2 tsp salt to it ( Necessary ) to prevent eggs from exploding. Microwave it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take it out and cool it and peel it and keep aside.
In another deep microwave safe bowl add Onion paste, tomato puree, Ginger garlic paste, all the spices, little bit of water and 1 tbsp oil.
Mix it well and microwave it for 20 minutes. But in halfway take it out check the consistency and adjust the seasoning if required.
Add boiled eggs to it and fenugreek leaves to it.
Yummy Delicious almost zero oil Egg Curry is ready in microwave.
