Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 10-12 Tortiyas

  • For stuffing-4tbs oil

  • 1/2 tsp ajwain

  • 2 small chopped onions

  • 3 small chopped capsicum

  • 1 cup rajma

  • 1 tsp chilly paste

  • 1/2 cup cheese

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • For gravy- 2 tbs oil

  • 5 piece of garlic

  • 250 gm of onion

  • 2 tbs cream

  • 2 tbs tomato ketchup

  • 1 capsicum

  • 2-3 cup tomato pulp

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbs all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp chilly sauce

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2-3 cube cheese

Directions

    Take a pan put 4 tbs oil,ajwain,onion,capsicum & saute for 5 minutes.

    Add rajma,salt,chilly paste & massed it.

    Ehen it cools add cheese.

    For gravy- take a pan put oil,garlic,onion,cream,ketchup,capsicum & saute for 2_3 minutes.add tomato pulp & saute.

    Add all masalas & make a thick gravy

  • 06

    Take grease the baking tray. take a Tortiya,spread 1 tsp gravy .put 2-3 tbs stuffing on it make a roll.
