Chicken-500 grams (with bones)
Garlic-10 cloves (paste)
Kastoori methi leaves 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin power-2 teaspoons
Green chillies-5 (paste)
Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon approximately
Make a paste of onions, garlic and green chillies in the grinder. Marinate the chicken with this paste, vinegar, ground pepper, cumin powder and salt. Leave it for about half and hour.
Singe the pepper corns and cloves in the oil for 4-5 minutes on the maximum powerlevel 100 of the microwave.
Now take a grilling pan and arrange the chicken pieces on it.
Pour the marinade over it along with the flavoured oil.
Put this on the lower rack of the microwave grill and set the temperature at 190 degree convection mode. Let it cook for 20 minutes. (10 minutes on one side and 10 on the other).
Garnish it with Kastoori methi leaves, serve hot. (Preheat for 10min before making)
