3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp oregano
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped vegetables
1/2 tsp salt
1 cube processed cheese
Sift together flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
Mix oats and oregano to it.
Beat egg till frothy and add curd and tomato sauce.
Add the flour mix and chopped vegetables to it and mix .
Grease ramekins and pour the mix in then.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 25 minutes or until done.
Put some shredded cheese on top and bake again before the end.
Serve hot after sprinkling more oregano on top.
