Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Boiled chicken

  • 5 cardamoms

  • 1 cinnamon

  • 8 cloves

  • 1/2 cup chopped coriender leaves

  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek

  • 1/2 cup chopped garlic

  • 1/2 cup chopped ginger

  • 5 green chillies

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 2 tso red chilli powder

  • 1 cup curd

  • 4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

Directions

  • 01

    Marinate the boiled chicken with curd and salt and keep aside.

    Then cook the masalas with fenugreek and prepare a puree

  • 03

    Then in a baking dish put the marinated chicken and puree and bake it for 45 mins at 180 degrees

  • 04

    Serve hot with naan
