1 cup besan
2 tsp rava
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/6 tsp hing
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp eno
1 cup water
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup curry leaves
2tsp grated coconut
1 tsp red chillies
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
First make a batter out of besan,rava,eno,water,salt,turmeric powder,hing
Add the ginger garlic paste and mix it well till the batter becomes fluppy.
Then let it rest for 10mins
After 10 mins again mix it well and transfer it to a tray.
Bake it at 180degrees for 20mins and prepare a light syrup out of sugar and water.
Then make a tempering out of oil mustard seeds coriender leaves curry leaves hing and green chillies.
Pour the temperingand syrup into the dhokla and cut it into cubes.
Further add grated cocunut for extra taste.
