Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup besan


  • 2 tsp rava


  • 1/2tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/6 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp eno


  • 1 cup water


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 cup curry leaves


  • 2tsp grated coconut


  • 1 tsp red chillies


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Directions

  • First make a batter out of besan,rava,eno,water,salt,turmeric powder,hing
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and mix it well till the batter becomes fluppy.
  • Then let it rest for 10mins
  • After 10 mins again mix it well and transfer it to a tray.
  • Bake it at 180degrees for 20mins and prepare a light syrup out of sugar and water.
  • Then make a tempering out of oil mustard seeds coriender leaves curry leaves hing and green chillies.
  • Pour the temperingand syrup into the dhokla and cut it into cubes.
  • Further add grated cocunut for extra taste.
