Ingredients

  • 6Slit bhindis

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 chopped garlic

  • 1/2 cup poppy seeds

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp sabji masala

  • 1 tsp haldi powder

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 2 tsp salt

    First cut the bhindis and remove their seeds

  • 02

    Then in a kadhai shallow fry them or until they get little soft

  • 03

    Then keep them aside

  • 04

    For stuffing use boiled potatoes and all the spices one by one except the poppy seeds

  • 05

    After the stuffing is ready stuff them in the bhindis and top them with some poppy seeds.

    Then bake the bhindis at 180 degrees for 20 mins

  • 07

    Baked bharwa bhindi is ready
