Pressure cook sprouts for 4-5whistles
Microwave at high, oil in a glass bowl
Add cumin seeds and onions and again microwave for 15sec
Add tomatoes, masalas, mix well and microwave for next 30sec.
Cook for more 30 sec if tomatoes don't turn mushy.
Add cooked sprouts, adjust the consistency using water.
Microwave on high for 5-6mins
If you find the curry runny, microwave again for 4-5mins.
Garnish with Coriander leaves and enjoy with, chapati, paratha or rice.
