Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 1/2 cups grated carrot

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 5 tbsp milk

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tbsp grated mawa (khoya)

  • A pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder 1/4 tsp

  • Chopped dry-fruits 3-4 tablespoon

Directions

  • 01

    Heat the ghee in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 min.

  • 02

    Add the carrot, mix well and microwave on high for 8 minutes.

  • 03

    Add the milk, sugar and khoya, mix well and microwave on high for 20 minutes, while stirring every few minutes.

  • 04

    Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

  • 05

    Serve warm, decorated with dry-fruits.
