Ingredients

  • Half Chicken breast - 1 piece 250 gram approx.

  • Ginger paste - 2 table spoon

  • Garlic paste- 2 table spoon

  • Onion paste - 1 tablespoon

  • Vinegar - 1½ tablespoon

  • Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Whole garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon

  • Butter - 1 teaspoon

    Wash the chicken breast in hot water and then make deep cuts. Marinate the single chicken piece with ginger paste,onion paste,garlic paste,vinegar ,whole garam masala paste and kashmiri mirch powder. Leave the marinated chicken for two and half hours. Preheat the oven and brush the chicken piece with butter and place it inside oven and keep it in grill mode for 20 minutes. Now turn the chicken piece and brush little butter over the piece and keep it in grill mode for 15 minutes. The chicken roast is ready and can be served with salad. And sprinkling Chaat masala, salt, peeper powder. ( Optional)
