For Dough- Take the flour and required amount of water in a mixing bowl and make a dough.Keep it covered with a wet cloth for 15 mins.
Note: Dough must be Little hard like poori dough.
For Stuffing- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, coriander seeds.
Switch off the flame. Add coriander leaves.
Let the mixture cool down.
Now divide the dough in 5 parts.
Roll it in round disk.
Cut this into square with the knife.
Stuff the filling around one side of square.
To stick the ends make a paste is 1tbsp wheat flour & little water.
Make sure the ends are pressed firmly & use the paste to stick the ends.
The filling should be little and should not be seen from the slits.
It needs lot of patience and time.
Preheat microwave at 180°C.
Line the rings on baking tray or microwave safe plate.
Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
Take it out carefully and let it cool for 2-3 minutes so that it becomes handy to serve.
Enjoy healthy and baked version of samosa.
