Mix curd besan and suji. Add water and make running batter. Keep aside for 10mins.
Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add Eno and pour it in a greased glass mould.
Microwave high for 3-4mins
Check if done. If not, microwave again for 2mins.
Prepare tempering, add lime juice and water. Give a boil and pour over dhokla. Cut and serve with chutney
