  • 1cup besan

  • 1/4 cup curd

  • 2tblspn suji

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1 sachet Eno

  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp oil

  • 1tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2tsp lemon juice


  • Mix curd besan and suji. Add water and make running batter. Keep aside for 10mins.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add Eno and pour it in a greased glass mould.
  • Microwave high for 3-4mins
  • Check if done. If not, microwave again for 2mins.
  • Prepare tempering, add lime juice and water. Give a boil and pour over dhokla. Cut and serve with chutney
