Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced boiled chicken


  • 2 cups maida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp tomato puree


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 cup capsicum

Directions

  • First using all the masalas and boiled chicken,milk make butter chicken
  • Then make a dough out of maida ,butter,salt and lukewarm milk
  • Then give them the shape of an open disc
  • Fill the disc with butter chicken and bake them at 180 degrees for 20 mins
  • Ur chicken vol auvents are ready
  • U can also make the butter chicken in the oven
