First using curd and all the masalas prepare a batter
Coat the paneer capsicum and onions with rhe batter and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour so that it gets welly marinated
Now using gibe them the shape of the tikka using tikka sticks
Brush oil and bake these at 180 degrees for 15 mins
To add the smoky flavour u can just roast it on the gas flame for 2 to 3 mins(optional)
U healthy paneer tikkas are ready
