1 ) Boiled Moong Dal
2) Chopped green chilies
3) Red Chili Powder
4) Mustard seeds
5) Cumin seeds
6) Curry Leaves
7) Salt to taste
8) Turmeric powder
9) Finely chopped tomato’s
Directions
Step 1: Boiling On your pressure cooker, add some water, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Green chilies and finely chopped tomatoes. Boil the Dal in a cooker up to 5-6 whistles.
Step 2: Roasting Spices! Take a non-stick pan Add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds & curry leaves. Keep sautéing the mixture until mustard seeds starts to crackle and cumin seeds are light brown.
Step 3: Tadka meets Dal! Add the roasted cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Curry leaves to your Dal. Stir it will. Garnish is with chopped coriander leaves.
Your zero oil moong Dal is ready to be consumed with rice or chapatti.
