Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 3/4cup semolina

  • 1cup curd

  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1tsp mustard seeds

  • 7-8 curry leaves

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 1 small capsicum chopped

  • 1 small carrot grated

  • 1 small tomato chopped

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Directions

    In a bowl add semolina and curd . Mix well . Adjust consistency by using little water .

    Let it leave for 10 minutes.

    Now add all ingredients together except eno fruit salt. Mix all ingredients well. Now add eno fruit salt.

    Grease the microwave safe Idli moulds and pour the idli batter in the moulds .

    Add 1/2 cup water in microwave idli maker .then put idli stand in it.

    Now microwave at 60% power for 5-6 minutes.
