Wash and Peel the bottle gourd (lauki) then grate it.
In a deep microwave safe bowl add oil, cumin seeds and onion. Add tomatoes and microwave it for 2 minutes.
Add all the spices and and grated bottle gourd and cover the lid. Microwave high with 2 tbsp of water for 10 minutes. if it further require to cook then microwave it again for 2-3 minutes.
Bottle gourd scrambles is ready to serve with chapatis.
