Milk: 2 Tablespoons
Butter: 1 Tablespoon
Pav Bhaji Masala: 1 Teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon/As per taste
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon/As per taste
Red Bell Pepper: 1/2 (Chopped Finely)
Green Chilies: 2 (Chopped)
Cilantro: 2 Tablespoons
Intro: This Microwave version of Omelette is super delicious. The color, Texture & Taste are exactly like the conventional way of cooking Omelette in a Pan over Gas/Electric Stove.
Combine all the above ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk well.
Place butter in a Microwave Safe 9 inches glass/ceramic Pie Pan/Dish.
Melt it on High Power Level 10 (P10) for 20 seconds or until melted.
Take it out. Hold the Pie Pan & swirl the butter to coat the bottom & edges.
Pour the beaten Egg into the Pan. Cover with Microwave Safe Lid or vented Plastic Wrap.
Cook on Power Level 6 (P6) for 4 minutes or until set. Let stand for 2 minutes before taking out. Note: Double the ingredients for a 4 Eggs Omelette - Cook at P6 for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before taking out.
*Note: Cooking Time depends upon the Cooking Power/Wattage of the Microwave Oven - Mine is 1200 Watts.
