Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Broccoli 1/2 floret cut into tiny pieces

  • Onion 1 chopped

  • carrots 2 chopped

  • celery 1 stick diced

  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Red chili paste 1/2 tsp

  • Sugar/ honey 1 tsp

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • White Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water

  • Kashmiri red chili 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Water 6 Cups

Directions

    In a microwave safe deep bowl take 6 cups of water with all the veggies and salt in it to make Vegetable Stock. Microwaved it for 7-10 minutes.

    Now strain the veggies in colander and separate the stock.

    Take chilly paste, ginger garlic paste and stock . microwave it for 1 minute.

    Add cornflour slurry and vegetables to it and microwave it again for 5 minutes. or till it starts rolling boil. Stir in between.

    Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
