Broccoli 1/2 floret cut into tiny pieces
Onion 1 chopped
carrots 2 chopped
celery 1 stick diced
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Red chili paste 1/2 tsp
Sugar/ honey 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
Kashmiri red chili 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 6 Cups
In a microwave safe deep bowl take 6 cups of water with all the veggies and salt in it to make Vegetable Stock. Microwaved it for 7-10 minutes.
Now strain the veggies in colander and separate the stock.
Take chilly paste, ginger garlic paste and stock . microwave it for 1 minute.
Add cornflour slurry and vegetables to it and microwave it again for 5 minutes. or till it starts rolling boil. Stir in between.
Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
