In a sauce pan heat sugar,water and chocolate .stir until chocolate is melted.Allow it to cool.
Sift together flour,baking powder,salt and keep aside.
To the cooled chocolate mix add in eggs ( yoghurt for eggless version),oil,vanilla essence mix well.
Add in the dry ingredients and combine until everything is mixed , mix by cut and fold method..donot over mix it
pour the batter into a greased microwavable pan and add the toppings.
Toppings:
Mix together cream cheese,vanilla essence and sugar until creamy and add onto one side of the brownie batter,and swirl it.
break the oreo into half and add to adjacent sides .
Add a heap of dulce de leche to the next side and swirl it.
.And the last drizzle biscoff spread and crushed biscuit on top
microwave it for 7-8 minutes until top is set ...Donot over bake it it will turn the cake hard.
Allow it to cool before cutting..
