Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 cup Rice flour

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2-3 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp eno

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 pinch salt

Directions

    First in a bowl beat the curd then add rice flour to the bowl and mix.

    Now Add milk in two batches and whisk nicely.

    Add oil,salt and sugar again whisk well till u get smooth consistency of batter.(lumps free).

    Lastly add baking powder,baking soda and eno and mix quickly in one direction.it ferments and becomes light in weigh the batter should be little flowy consistency.

    Pour the batter into greased loaf tin and bake for 45-50 mins.in preheated microwave oven on 180℃.on convection mode.

    Check by inserting toothpick.if done then let it cool for atleast an hour before slicing.

    Gluten free low calorie Rice bread is ready.it can be used for making sandwiches, Garlic bread etc.it tastes yum.
