Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup Rice flour


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 cup milk


  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp eno


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 pinch salt

Directions

  • First in a bowl beat the curd then add rice flour to the bowl and mix.
  • Now Add milk in two batches and whisk nicely.
  • Add oil,salt and sugar again whisk well till u get smooth consistency of batter.(lumps free).
  • Lastly add baking powder,baking soda and eno and mix quickly in one direction.it ferments and becomes light in weigh the batter should be little flowy consistency.
  • Pour the batter into greased loaf tin and bake for 45-50 mins.in preheated microwave oven on 180℃.on convection mode.
  • Check by inserting toothpick.if done then let it cool for atleast an hour before slicing.
  • Gluten free low calorie Rice bread is ready.it can be used for making sandwiches, Garlic bread etc.it tastes yum.
