In a bowl Sieve together maize flour, plain flour and baking powder.
Mix well
In another bowl add butter and honey and beat for a while.
Add flour mixture to the butter mixture bowl.and mix with gentle hands .
Now Knead a soft dough with ur hands..And cover it with wet cloth.
Keep it to rest atleast half an hour.
After that knead again and take a tbsp of portion in ur hands and make a small sized ball and press it lightly with fork.prepare all cookies in the same way.
Place all cookies in a baking tray and keep it in the preheated microwave oven for 20to25min. on 180°(convection mode).
Cornmeal honey cookies are ready.
