Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour

  • 1/2 tbsp yeast

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1.1/4 cup warm milk

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 onion (1 finely chopped and 1 thinly sliced)

  • 1 green chilli finely chopped

  • 4-5 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped

  • 2 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes mixed herbs

  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala

    In a bowl mix milk, sugar and yeast. Allow it to rest for 10 min.

    Meanwhile in another bowl add wheat flour, all purpose flour. flour,salt, baking powder...Mix well.

    Now add oil in yeast mixture and mix...Then add prepared flour mixture, add onion, garlic, cumin seeds, fresh coriander..And mix everything well.

    Grease ur hands with oil and knead the dough for 4 -5 min to make it smooth.

    Now grease a bowl with little oil and keep kneaded dough and spread some more drops of oil..On the top of dough...Cover it with damp cloth or with cling wrap and rest it for 1hour..Or until double in size.

    Now brush the top with milk and sprinkle chilli flakes mixed herbs..And thinly sliced Onion.(add pav bhaji masala to sliced onion and mix).

    Bake for 20- 25 mins...In preheated microwave or..till the top turns golden brown in colour.(convection mode)

    Serve with butter and sliced, fried onion.(add pav bhaji masala with fried onion.)
