Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk 1/4 cup rice (soak for 2-3 hours and grind and make fine paste) 1/4 cup grated sugar or to taste 1 teaspoon rose water 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder Some pista, almond sliced in to long piaces

    in dish mix ground rice and milk microwave uncoverd 6-7 minutes stri with a wire whisky , after ever minute to prevent lumia formation... break lumps if any Now add sugar and mix well. Now microwave for 3-4 minutes without loosening it ( starring in between ) mix well Now cool it and put rose water and cardamom powder and mix well and pour it in individual small bowls Decorate with drying of nuts. Now keep it cool in the fridge Serve cold after 3-4 minutes.
