Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup soaked poha (flatten rice)

  • 1 bowl all mixed chopped veggies (cabbage, capsicum , carrot , peas , onion , tomato .

  • 1/4 cup sweet corn

  • 1 cup curd

  • 2 tbsp semolina

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste

  • 1/2 tsp or as per taste salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 cheeze cubes (for garnishing , optional )

Directions

    First add soaked poha in a blender jar along with suji and curd .blend only for few seconds. take it out in a bowl.

    Add all chopped veggies and all ingredients to the blended poha mixture.

    Mix everything well.

    Now fill this mixture into the greased moulds.

  • 05

    Bake for 20-25 mins. in preheated microwave oven on 180℃.Convection mode.

  • 06

    After done garnish with some grated cheeze and serve.
