Poha - 1 cup soaked
Peanuts - 1tbsp roasted
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste , turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, green chilli - 1 tsp chopped, curry leaves few, finely chopped onion - 1 tbsplemon juice- 1 tsp, sugar - 1 tsp, coriander leaves to garnish, nylon sev as required
Oil- 1/4 tsp
In a microwave bowl take soaked poha. Add salt turmeric powder, sugar, lemin juice. Mix well. Add tempered mustard seeds n curry leaves. Mix well.
Cover it and Microwave it for 90 secs. Take out n mix well.
Now add roasted peanuts. Mox well. Again MW it for 10 secs.
Take out in serving bowl and garnish it with chopped onions fresh coriander leaves n nylon sev.
