Pork rib chops 3 nos
Unsalted Butter 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 2 tsp
salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Star ansie 1 nos
Cardamom 1/2 inch
Cloves 4-6 nos
Garlic pods 10 nos
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Spring onion with leaves 1 bowls
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Blend all the ingredients above except for the pork chops, without adding any water.
Marinate the pork chops and let it rest for 30 mins.
Pre-heat your microwave oven by turning in the convection mode.
Also, heat a grill pan and add 1 tbsp of butter.
Sear your pork chops, approx. 3-5 mins on both sides.
Now take an aluminium foil, add your pork chops and everything on the grill pan.
Maybe you can sear some beans and tomatoes in the same oil and add it along with the pork chops.
Make nice parcel with the aluminium foil.
Turn on the combination mode of Micro-Grill and cook it for another 10 mins.
If you don’t have the combination mode, just go for the grill mode.
Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
