Ingredients

Serves 12

  • Gram Flour 2 1/2 cups

  • Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Ghee 3/4 to 1 cup

  • Yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

    Sieve together gram flour and baking soda into a bowl. Then sieve powdered sugar into the same bowl.

    Add ghee, yogurt and green cardamom powder and knead into a dough. Set aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator

  • 03

    Preheat the oven at 180° C.

  • 04

    Divide the dough into lemon sized balls and place them in a greased baking dish.

  • 05

    Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

  • 06

    Remove from the oven, cool down to room temperature and serve.

    Store in an Airtight Container or Tupperware Box
