In a mixing bowl take yogurt , add baking soda and baking powder ,mix it well and rest it for 5 minutes.
Sift flour in another bowl and add salt and chilly flakes to it. Add oil and yogurt mix to it and mix well.
It will form a sticky dough. Oil it well and Cover it with cling film and leave for proving in warm place.
It will almost become double in size after about 1 hour.
After an hour gently punch the dough and release the air bubble. Now gently press the dough and make six equal balls of it.
Meanwhile prepare the stuffing for it .
In a frying pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and saute for a minute , Now add the potatoes and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
Transfer the stuffing into a bowl and let it cool.
Once cooled down, take a small amount of stuffing and press with palm gently and and add a little amount of Garlic Chutney in the middle and roll into a small ball.
After an hour gently punch the dough and release the air bubble. Now gently press the dough and make six equal balls of it.
Flatten the Dough and place prepared stuffing in center and roll it to form round ball.
Place these prepared Pavs in a microwaveable tin and rest it for 30 minutes.
Preheat the microwave at Cooking and again at short bread settings and bake it ( Apprx 225 deg C) for 20 minutes.
