In a bowl add semolina, gram flour, lemon juice, sugar, salt amd 1 spoon oil. Mix well and make a thick batter.
Keep it aside for rest for 10 minutea.
Now mix eno and pour it in a baking dish.
Keep it in oven for 5 minutes.
Now prick a toothpic, if it is clear, then it is ready.
Now take a small bowl and add oil and heat it for 2 minutes.
Take it out and add mustard, curry leaves and slit green chillis.
Place in oven for more 2 minutes
Now pour on dhokla and cut into pieces .
Ready to serve.
