Keep a pan add oil add onion and saute well
Add mushroom and salt , Turmeric powder and capsicum and stirr well
Finally add pepper powder and coriander leaves and once water evaporates switch off
U can make dosa and spread mushroom curry on it and serve.or can have with Chapathi
